Defining courage with Professor Chris Gill and Sukhraj Gill

“Courage is knowledge of which things are to be chosen and avoided and neither.”

Diogenes Laertius, 7.92

With two weeks to go to our Courageous Paths to Flourishing online gathering, it was time for me to get some study in. So, I chatted to Professor Chris Gill and Sukhraj Gill about Stoic courage. Chris and Sukhraj are presenting the open address for our event and will spend around twenty minutes defining Stoic courage for us. This will set the scene for the day’s exploration of courage.

Here is the discussion if you too would like to do some homework before the event on 1st October. I hope you find it as interesting as I did. Let me know what you think in the comments and see you at Courageous Paths to Flourishing.
